MTL Group exhibit at Farnborough International Airshow 2008

MTL Group Limited, a global contract manufacturer to the Defence and Aerospace sectors exhibited for the first time at the prestigious Farnborough International Airshow in July 2008.

The exhibition was very successful for MTL, creating significant interest from some of the major OEM’s in this sector.

Of particular interest was MTL’s new capability to Waterjet cut materials up to 12m long by 200mm thick and their proven track record to manage multi million pound contracts

MTL process in excess of 20,000 tonnes of material per annum, including Aluminium, Titanium, Stainless Steels and Carbon Steels. In addition to this MTL also stock and process Armox, Hardox, Weldox, and Domex steels.

Sales Director Karl Stewart said: “Farnborough International Airshow provided the perfect event to showcase new investments and has enabled the company to develop new business in the Defence and Aerospace sectors. MTL has invested in state of the art equipment which has enabled the group to enhance its capacity and capability to customers. We have achieved significant multi million pound contract success in the last few years and plan to build on this with our latest investments.”
