Fabrication
We have invested in a new 44,000 sq ft fabrication facility, which more than quadruples our capacity, allowing us to respond quickly to customers' short lead times. Our two robotic welding systems allow us to handle components up to 500kg, 3.2m long x 1m wide x 750mm high. We have more than 30 coded welders in-house.
Our strong relationship with Swedish Steel and in-depth knowledge of the materials ensures accuracy and cost effective working techniques.
We have experience of working with a range of materials up to 600 HB in both Hardox and Armox and high yield strength materials including Domex and Weldox.
Our facilities enable us to handle fabrications up to 10 tonnes in weight and 8m in length by 4m wide.
